This page tries to help you in case DbaBar is not visible. This can have a number of reasons.
Starting from IE6, Internet Explorer has a property that disables loading of Custom Toolbars (like DbaBar, Google Toolbar, ...). This option needs to be turned on before DbaBar will load. DbaBar should detect that the option is disabled at installation time and offer you to enable the option. If you choose not to enable this option at install time, or if your company has some sort of script that resets this option (eg. at logon time), you should enable this option manually. In Internet Explorer, go to the 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' menu, select the 'Advanced' tab page and check the 'Enable third party browser extensions' option. A restart of Internet Explorer is required after this action.
If - after the restart of Internet Explorer - DbaBar is still not visible, please go to the 'View' menu in Internet Explorer, choose 'Toolbars' and enable 'Dba Toolbar'. If it was already enabled, please disable and re-enable it again.
If you still are not able to see the toolbar, please send a mail to support and we'll try to work out a solution as soon as possible. |
